A collective for women and NGC music producers & engineers.

We created this space because we got sick of the music industry being such a boys club.

Who we are

GRRLS CLUB is a collective for women and NGC music producers and engineers.

We host all women and NGC songwriting camps, education workshops and courses, and provide spaces where you can meet other women and NGC people in the industry, learn and grow together.

We exist to create a safe space for women and NGC producers to come together, learn, collaborate and build sustainable careers on the technical side of music.

Come and join the GRRLS CLUB! <3

Our why

What matters to us

Talent was never the problem. Access is. Everything we do comes back to three goals.

01

More of us producing

Getting more women and NGC people into production, and making the tools feel possible from the very first session.

02

In the room together

Camps, workshops and a community where people make music side by side, share work and celebrate each other.

03

Getting paid

Opening doors to real opportunities that turn skills into paid work, like brand camps where every producer gets paid.

3.6%

of producers credited on the Billboard Hot 100 year-end charts (2012 to 2025) were women. That's 27 men for every woman. Just 25 of 2,451 producing credits went to women of colour.
