All recorded digital products are non-refundable.

For live versions of our workshops, production courses, or activites (production challenge), refund requests must be submitted via email more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Requests made within 24 hours of the activity starting, or after the activity has begun or taken place, will not be eligible for a refund.
