We are a collective building the first full pipeline for women + NB producers — a space where women can learn, connect, collaborate, and release music on their own terms.
Our mission is simple: to get more women into production and to help them build sustainable careers in an industry that’s still dominated by men.

Intro to Production courses, hands-on workshops, and masterclasses led by industry pros. We make learning accessible, safe, and welcoming, with scholarships offered to ensure no one is left behind.

Monthly Link Ups, live jam nights, and spaces to meet, collaborate, and grow together. Our WhatsApp group of 300+ women producers is buzzing daily with connection and opportunity.

CREATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PAID WORK
From songwriting camps to curated professional sessions, we don’t just talk about opportunities, we create them. The strongest songs are released on the GRRLS CLUB label, giving women producers the credits they need to build real careers.
