GRRLS CLUB:

The pipeline for female + NB music producers

We are a collective building the first full pipeline for women + NB producers — a space to learn, connect, collaborate, and release music on their own terms.

Our mission is simple: to get more women + NB people into production and to help them build sustainable careers in an industry that’s still dominated by men.

ABOUT GRRLS CLUB

ABOUT GRRLS CLUB

GRRLS CLUB was founded in 2024 by producer Nardean to reset the norms in UK music production. In a field where only 3.5% of charting producers are women, we’ve built a 360° pipeline: entry → emerging → professional release = career.

We don’t just open doors — we rewrite the system with safeguarding, equity, and professional practice built in from day one.
